Why we built this
AI is changing accounting — but most of it isn't built for India
Every week there's a new AI tool promising to automate bookkeeping, draft audit notes, or answer tax questions. For an Indian CA, the hard part isn't finding tools — it's finding the ones that actually understand GST returns, TDS, Indian invoice formats, and the realities of a local practice.
We test and track these tools so you don't have to start from a blank Google search. Each listing is tagged by category and flagged for India-readiness, and our articles dig into how to actually apply AI to Indian accounting, GST, and audit work.
This site is independent. We're not owned by any vendor, and listings are not pay-to-play.
Our approach
How we evaluate a tool
India-readiness
Does it handle GST, TDS, Indian invoice formats, INR, and local compliance — or is it a US-first tool bolted onto Indian workflows?
Real CA use cases
We focus on tools that touch actual practice work: bookkeeping, reconciliation, audit, tax prep, and client communication — not generic AI hype.
Data & trust
Where client financial data goes matters. We note hosting, security posture, and whether a vendor is built for professional use.
Honest trade-offs
No tool is perfect. We list what each one is good at and where it falls short, so you can decide for your own practice.
